Our offer

• 7 semesters of study at the FOM University in the day model (2 days university, 3 days practical training in the company). Alternatively also possible in combination with an IHK apprenticeship and evening studies.

• Tuition fees covered (€18,690) and a fair salary of €1,080 in the first year, €1,190 in the second and €1,240 in the third year.

Your profile

• High school diploma or vocational diploma with an IT focus
• Good grades in German, mathematics and English
• Analytical skills, self-organization, diligence and accuracy
• Ambition and perseverance for study, work and learning
• Knowledge of computer science or your first website is a bonus

What you learn with us

We take a systematic approach, scrutinize tasks and aim to understand the underlying problems. Together we develop innovative solutions and select the appropriate software.

We are experts in the implementation and continuous optimization of DAM, PIM and CMS systems. Media-neutral asset management combined with the latest technology is the key to meeting the dynamic needs of our customers.

We take an iterative approach to development so that we can continuously adapt to our customers' requirements. Continuous integration and deployment, automated testing, code reviews and working with a ticket system are part of our daily routine. We attach great importance to adhering to recognized IT compliance standards.

What you learn at the FOM

The Bachelor's degree in Computer Science provides you with the technological know-how to develop, test and evaluate individual IT systems. Alongside topics such as big data, AI and data security, you will program a software system for a realistic application context. You will also acquire knowledge in the areas of business intelligence, embedded systems, user experience (UX) and cloud computing. This will qualify you for tasks ranging from software development to setting up distributed systems. You can find detailed information on the FOM website.
